The manual addresses the issues of organizational and legal support of a special assessment of working conditions. Analysis of the basic provisions of the Federal Law of December 28, 3013 No. 426-ФЗ “On a special assessment of working conditions” is given in the context of amendments to the legislation provided for by Federal Law of December 28, 2013 No. 421-ФЗ, and taking into account orders of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation of January 24, 2014 No. 32n and 33n. All stages of conducting a special assessment of working conditions (preparatory, main, final) are highlighted.
Separately, within the framework of the manual, issues of information support, control (supervision) in the field of special assessment of working conditions are considered. The application, among other things, provides an approximate form of an agreement with an organization conducting a special assessment of working conditions, and an approximate job description of an expert on a special assessment of working conditions.
