Nikolai Nikolaevich Gubenko – the famous actor, director, screenwriter, head of the theater “Commonwealth of Taganka Actors”, is also known for his socio -political activity. He was the last Minister of Culture of the USSR (in 1989-1991), was a deputy of the State Duma of two convocations, was elected to the Moscow City Duma.
