In the early 1920s, the domestic poster quickly found the original about the face, which allocated it among the poster art of Western European countries. Compositional experiments with text blocks, fonts, color, geometric shapes of photographic images led artists to create a new structure poster. He not only informed, enlightened and campaign, but also “revolutionary” the consciousness of citizens with artistic means, free from excesses of traditional description and illustrativeness. The language of such a poster was akin to the language of architectural and book experiments, literary and theatrical innovations, cinematic installation of those years.
The first poster of the “new structure” was the advertisement of the Dobrolet Society, performed by A. Rodchenko in 1923 in several color versions.
