The monograph presents a biography and analyzes the socio-political views of V.N. Karazin is an active public figure of the first third of the XIX century. On the basis of numerous archival documents of the3mills of published sources, the evolution of political, economic (including peasant) and foreign policy views of V.N. is considered Karazin throughout his life.
