The seventh book of Pushkinian Arnold Gessen is a systematic collection of articles of the author, published in various newspapers and magazines from 1958 to 1974. The first part of the book includes autobiographical essays, briefly covers the hard life and longevity of the wonderful writer-Pushkinist and the patriot of Russia.
The second part of the book is a collection of studies about the life and work of A.S. Pushkin, in its content close to such previously published books as “Embankment of the Moika, 12. The last apartment of A.S. Pushkin” (M., “Children’s Literature”, 1960) and “Rhyme, sonorous friend …” (M., “Nauka”, 1973).
