This book is conceived as a textbook on the subject “moral theology” for students of medical colleges in the specialization of sisters of mercy. Moral theology follows from Christian anthropology. As a result of the tragedy of the fall, there was a separation of the human spirit from the Spirit of God, the spirit of man was impoverished, the natural hierarchy was disturbed in the structure of man, which led to endless diseases of the soul. The integral personality of a person, as a semblance of God, was transformed into an individual. The God -man Christ showed us the path of salvation from eternal death. He created the church, gave it the sacraments for healing and salvation of man. The book is based on the patristic teaching systematized by St. Theophanes of the recluse, the two hundredth anniversary of which we celebrate. The book can be interesting and useful to everyone interested in the spiritual life of a person.
