Classical orthogonal polynomes, spherical and hypergeometric functions, as well as the functions of Bessel are considered from a single point of view as private solutions of mathematical physics arising in many tasks and quantum mechanics of the differential equation of a certain type. To decide this equation, using the generalization of the Rodriga formula, an integral representation was found from which all the basic properties of special functions were obtained. The theory of classic orthogonal polynomas of a discrete variable variable on both uniform and uneven nets was also built, their connection with the coefficients of Klebshadan and cancer coefficients was established. Applications are considered to the tasks of mathematical physics, quantum mechanics and computing mathematics.
