The transfer of the second edition of the monograph proposed to the Russian reader is devoted to the modern detailed analysis of fundamental and applied problems of structural inorganic chemistry and crystallochemistry. On the basis of traditional concepts and modern approaches with the involvement of a large number of experimental facts and valuable illustrations, relevant problems and fundamental principles are set out that control the structure of molecules, ionic formations and metals.
