From the first years of the creation of the Russian Air Fleet at the beginning of the 20th century, aviation and aviators acquired the love of the whole people, and air holidays have forever contacted the idea of a bright colorful sight. The conquest of the sky for many has become a vital goal, the personification of genuine heroism. The dream found reality in the 1920s, when thousands of young people got the opportunity to climb the air on training aircraft in flight schools, schools and flying clubs. This was many contributed to the Russian Society of the Voluntary Air Fleet “Goodlet”, contributing to the widespread development of the civilian fleet.
The 1930s became a time of aviation celebration for our country, the establishment of outstanding records, heroic flights, the creation of new aircraft equipment, and then combat tests of vehicles and pilots in Spain and the Far East. The slogans of the posters of those years became popular: “Youth, – for planes!”, “We have been born to make a fairy tale a past!”, “Fly above all, farther … Fast … Fast …
