The monograph is devoted to the issues of psychopathology and typological differentiation of non -cachetic disorders attributed to schizophrenic or affective spectra of mental illness and traditionally considered within the so -called small or border psychiatry. In the book, these states are analyzed from the standpoint of a biopsychosocial concept, based on a systemic adaptation and vulnerability-diatesistress model of mental illness. The remission of such conditions, as well as the differentiated use of psychopharmacological and psychotherapeutic approaches in the treatment and rehabilitation of these patients, are subjected to special examination.
The monograph is intended for psychiatrists, psychotherapists and medical psychologists and can be recommended as a guide for students of the post -dye education system.
