The book is the second, supplemented publication of the leadership of the Academician of the RAMS, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Doctor of Sociological Sciences, Professor A.V. Reshetnikova. The leadership describes modern technologies of medical and sociological research as the methodological basis of medical and sociological monitoring, used to solve strategic and tactical problems that arise in the process of managing the social sphere. Monitoring objects are represented by complexes of medical, sociological and socio-economic indicators, the measurement and analysis of which make it possible to make rational managerial decisions aimed at protecting and strengthening the health of the population. The leadership is a logical continuation of the second, supplemented publication of the leadership “Sociology of Medicine” published in 2010.
