Nikolai Aleksandrovich Morozov (1854-1946)-Russian revolutionary-populist, participant in the assassination attempts on Alexander P. in 1882 sentenced to eternal hard labor, was in prison until 1905. Since 1918 – Director of the Natural Scientific Institute. P.F. Lesgft. Honorary Member of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR. He left a large number of works in various areas of natural and social sciences. Also known as a writer, poet and author of historical works.
