This publication is the first Russian -language fundamental monographic study of the system of rights and law enforcement to real estate in the United States, which, together forming complex structural models of property rights.
The book considers the evolutionary of the model of ownership of real estate in the countries of common law – from the origin of the system of land on land in medieval England to the current stage of development of the Institute of Property in the United States, where various structures of real estate rights have reached maximum diversity.
The work reveals the author’s view of comprehensive legal instruments for regulating property relations in the countries of Anglo-Saxon law, which constitute an alternative traditional for Russian researchers and law enforcement officers of the continental and European mechanisms for building a system of property rights.
