Protection of the interests of the victim in the criminal proceedings of the Russian Federation. Training manual: Murad Musaev

The recommendations stated by us in the proposed manual are designed not only to provide methodological assistance to lawyers, but also to attract the attention of state bodies to the protection of victims from criminal attacks, to orient law enforcement on the fulfillment of tasks set in a well -known international pact – “Declaration of the basic principles of justice for victims of crimes and abuse of power” (General Assembly ”(General Assembly” (General Assembly ”(General Assembly” (General Assembly UN, 96th Plenary meeting, November 29, 1985). This document emphasizes: “The victims should treat compassion and respect their dignity. They have the right to access the mechanisms of justice and an early compensation for the damage caused to them in accordance with national legislation.”
